About the Role

Your role as an Administrator is to work behind the scenes to ensure the smooth-running of the Customer Care team. You will be producing various reports on a weekly basis and providing them to Team Leaders to improve overall team performance, as well as regularly cleaning data to ensure accuracy on errors for the wider business.
